Nurse Chika Irene Umezinwa is a Registered Nurse, Midwife, and Public Health Nurse with 10+ years’ experience in reproductive medicine, obstetrics, gynecology, and ART. She holds a BNSc from the University of Port Harcourt and an MSc in Fertility Nursing from the same university. Since 2015, she has served as IVF Nurse Manager at Nisa Premier Hospital, leading fertility care and patient-centered reproductive services. She specializes in IVF, women’s health, and clinical mentorship. Chika is committed to advancing fertility nursing education in Africa. She trains and mentors nurses across Nigeria and other African countries through the Institute of Medical Sciences Africa, promoting excellence in assisted reproductive care. She is an active member of AFRH, IFFS, AFFS, ISIVF, and ESHRE, and regularly participates in international training and conferences on IVF and reproductive medicine.
