Halita M. Adekunle Esq. is a Barrister and Solicitor with 22 years of experience in corporate, commercial, and medical law. She specializes in medico-legal consulting, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance in the healthcare sector. She graduated with an LLB from the University of Abuja in 2004 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma and an LLM in Insolvency Law from the University of Pretoria, South Africa. She is a Chartered Secretary of Nigeria, ICSAN.
