Dr. Biljana Popovic-Todorovic is an infertility specialist and Head of IVF at Avala Hospital, Belgrade. She holds an MD from Belgrade University School of Medicine and specialized in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at the Clinical Centre of Serbia. In 2004 she earned her PhD from the University of Copenhagen on “Optimizing rFSH dose regimens for IVF”. In 2009, she was certified as a subspecialist in Reproductive Medicine & Surgery by ESHRE and EBCOG, and as a clinical andrologist by EAA. Both subspecialties were completed at Brussels IVF, UZ Brussel, Belgium, where she worked for several years. Her clinical and research focus is reproductive endocrinology and clinical andrology. She has authored multiple publications and book chapters, and reviews for international journals in reproductive medicine. She is an ESHRE Clinical Inspector for IVF centre certification, an ESHRE/EBCOG Assessor for subspecialty accreditation, and President of the Board of Directors, Serbian Society for Reproductive Medicine.
