Dr. Moses M. Fache is a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, fertility specialist, and minimally invasive surgeon based in Abuja, Nigeria. He serves as CEO and Medical Director of Procare Hospital, a specialist centre focused on assisted reproduction, advanced gynaecologic surgery, hysteroscopy, and laparoscopy. With an MSc in Public Health from LSHTM, a Postgraduate Award in Assisted Reproductive Techniques from the University of Warwick, and a Diploma in Minimal Access Surgery from the Kiel School of Gynaecological Endoscopy, he is a Fellow of the West African College of Surgeons and certified in stem cell applications by ISSCA. His clinical and academic work centers on evidence-based fertility care, reproductive surgery, fertility preservation, and ovarian rejuvenation for women with diminished ovarian reserve or advanced reproductive age. As a clinician, educator, and healthcare executive, he applies an African clinical perspective to translate evidence and innovation into patient-centred fertility and women’s health services.
