Dr. Sola J. Abubakar graduated from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in the year 2000. He obtained Fellowship of the West African College of Surgeons in 2014 and was appointed as a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynaecologist in 2016 at National Hospital, Abuja where he is currently the head of Obstetrics & Gynaecology Dept. Dr. Sola J. Abubakar is a Fellow of the West African College of Surgeon (FWACS) Post Fellowship Training in Infertility & Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). He has worked extensively in the field of Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART). He is a senior Consultant at the IVF Center of National Hospital Abuja where he has been practicing Assisted Reproductive Technology for more than 10years. Dr. Abubakar is a co-founder of Brays Hospital, Abuja, a dedicated fertility center. He is a member of several professional associations including Society of Gynaecology and Obstetrics of Nigeria ( SOGON), Association of Fertility and Reproductive Health (AFRH), African Federation of Fertility Societies ( AFFS), Association of Gynaecological Endoscopy Surgeons of Nigeria ( AGES) and European Societies of Human Reproduction and Embryology (ESHRE).
