Dr. Wanjiru Ndegwa-Njuguna is an experienced Reproductive Medicine Specialist with over 10 years of expertise in fertility treatments, IVF, operative laparoscopy and hysteroscopy. After completing her Master’s Degree in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at the University of Nairobi 2011, Dr. Ndegwa received a scholarship in 2012 to undertake specialized training in Reproductive Medicine at KU Leuven ,Belgium, with a focus on Medically Assisted Reproductive Techniques. She further advanced her expertise by pursuing a Master’s Degree in Reproductive Medicine at the University of New South Wales, which she completed in 2016. Dr. Wanjiru is board-certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Society of Reproductive Medicine, Kenya and is a board member of the African Federation of Fertility Societies. Dr. Wanjiru was also a founding member of the Fertility and Andrology Society of Kenya, where she served as Treasurer, and previously served as Treasurer of the Kenya Society of Endoscopic Specialities. Internationally, she is a member of the European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology and the International Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
