Dr. Amr El-Shalakany graduated from the Faculty of Medicine Ain Shams University in Cairo, Egypt1983. Prof. El Shalakany obtained Membership of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (MRCOG) in 1991 and was elected to the Fellowship of the Royal College (FRCOG) in 2003. He acquired the MD in Ob.Gyn. from the Ain Shams University in 1992. Through the years, he acquired training, skills, clinical research procurement and expertise in gynecological oncology, fertility preservation, advanced endoscopic surgery and female genital tract reconstruction. Dr. El-Shalakany is the secretary general of the Egyptian Fertility & Sterility Society (EFSS) and the secretary general of the African Federation of Fertility Societies (AFFS)
